We are over at Rz 721/A in Palam Colony, New Delhi -45. Parsvnath Developers Ltd is what we go by. Palam is a busy spot, always something going on in the streets. Our office is just a regular place where we manage all the development work. It’s not fancy. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on how the buildings are coming along. New Delhi is a tough place to build things sometimes because of all the rules and the heat, but we just stick to it. The office has been here for a bit. It’s got that lived-in feel, with stacks of paper and old folders everywhere. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. It’s more about getting the actual work done. People come in and out, usually builders or guys from the sites. We handle the paperwork and the planning side of things. Palam Colony has its own rhythm and we fit right into it. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear the phone, but we manage. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just do the construction and development work that needs doing. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a few of us trying to keep the projects on track and the bills paid. It’s honest work, even if it’s stressful some days. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the schedule.
