Our place is located at 624/ Gh. 5 & 7 in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. Parsvnath Developers Limited has been using this space as a hub for our activities in this part of the city. It’s a decent area, and we’re right in the middle of a lot of residential growth. The office isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine; it’s just where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. We handle a lot of the planning and the paperwork that goes into new buildings. Paschim Vihar has a lot going on, and we try to keep up with the pace. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don’t go perfectly, but we just keep at it. We aren't big on corporate polish. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone drinking tea and looking over a blueprint. We like to keep things simple and direct. There’s no need for complicated talk when you’re just trying to get a project finished. We’ve been around long enough to know the ins and outs of the local regulations. It’s a practical office for practical people. We don't have a big public relations department. We just have a small team that cares about doing a decent job. It’s a bit cramped with all the project supplies sometimes, but it’s our workspace and it works for us.
