Parshant Vihar

We’re located at D 328, Sector 1 in Delhi. Parshant Vihar is the name we go by. It’s a basic office in a pretty standard part of the city. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of our work involves managing the property and making sure the local maintenance is taken care of. You’ll find a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and probably a few stacks of paper that need filing. We have a small staff who have been here for years. They know the residents and the buildings in Sector 1 like the back of their hands. It’s a local operation. We don't do big presentations. If there’s a problem with a drain or a gate, we're the ones who get the call. We spend a lot of time walking around the block checking on things. It’s practical, everyday work. The Delhi heat can be tough, so the office is usually a bit dim to keep it cool. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place where people can come to sort out their local housing issues. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we plan to stay. It’s just how we do things here in this part of Delhi. No fluff, just work. Sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes it’s chaotic, but that is how property management usually goes in this neighborhood.
