We operate out of A- 12 No. 13 in Nathan Vihar, Nangloi. The place is mostly a large kitchen area. Parry's Corporate Catering And Tiffin Services is what we do every day. It starts very early, long before the sun is up. The smell of onions and spices is always in the air. We have large pots and stacks of tiffin boxes everywhere. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is working at once. Nathan Vihar is a busy residential spot, so there are always people moving about outside. We spend hours chopping, cooking, and packing. The floors are often a bit slippery from the steam and we have to be careful. It’s hard work and your back starts to ache after a while. We don't have a fancy office. It’s just where the food gets made. We make sure the lids are on tight so nothing leaks. The delivery guys come in waves to pick up the orders. Nangloi can be a bit tricky with traffic, so we have to stay on schedule. Sometimes a stove acts up and we have to scramble. It’s a noisy, hot environment but we are used to it. We don't talk much while working because we have to focus. Once the last tiffin is gone, we finally get to sit down for a bit. We keep a radio playing in the background to keep the energy up.
