Paramount Communications Ltd

Naraina Industrial Area is a busy place to be. We are at C-125 in Phase-1, which is right in the middle of all the action in New Delhi. Paramount Communications Ltd has been operating out of this building for a long time. You can see the history in the walls and the old desks we still use. It is a maze of wires and cables inside, which makes sense given the name. The stairs are narrow, and we are always carrying boxes up and down. Outside, the street is usually blocked by tempos loading and unloading goods. It is a lot of noise from morning till evening. We have a small office team and a larger group that handles the heavy lifting. We do not have fancy coffee machines; we just have a guy who brings tea in glass tumblers. The heat in Delhi can be brutal in June, and the coolers hum constantly. We do not have a big marketing team writing slogans for us. We just focus on the paperwork and the shipments. Sometimes customers come by to complain or ask questions, and we just sit them down and talk it out. It is a very practical way of doing things. We have seen many businesses come and go in Naraina, but we are still here at the same address. It is a gritty, hardworking environment and we do not try to pretend it is anything else. Just a regular day at the office for us.
