Pallavi Polymers P.Ltd

Down in the Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Phase-I, at B-285, that is where Pallavi Polymers P.Ltd is located. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly pretty. There is a lot of noise, trucks moving in and out, and the smell of manufacturing in the air. Our building is a practical one. We don’t have a garden or a fancy lobby. We have machines and raw materials. That is what we do. We work with polymers, which means we spend a lot of time around heat and molds. The crew here is hardworking. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We know each other’s kids' names and what we like for lunch. It’s a gritty environment, but there is a sense of accomplishment in seeing a pile of raw stuff turn into finished products by the end of the day. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just make things. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we all have to pitch in to get it running again. Those days are long and tiring. But then there are days when everything goes smoothly and we can actually leave on time. We aren’t looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the machines running and the orders filled from our spot here in Mangolpuri. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
