Pacific Development Corporation Ltd.

We've been based out of 422, Seemant Vihar in Kaushambi for quite some time now. It’s in Sector-14, Ghaziabad, which is usually a pretty busy area. Pacific Development Corporation Ltd. is the name on our door, though most people around here just know us as the folks in unit 422. It’s not a fancy office by any means. We have some old desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. It gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up outside, but you get used to it after a while. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have our own way of doing things. It’s not a corporate environment where everyone wears a suit and tie. We’re more of a casual group. Usually, someone brings in snacks or tea in the afternoon, and we just keep pushing through the paperwork. There’s always something to organize or some phone call to take. We handle the daily stuff as it comes. It's just a regular local business trying to keep things moving in the right direction. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s just us here in Ghaziabad, doing what we do every day without much fuss. If you walk by, you’ll probably see a couple of cars parked out front and someone leaning out the window for some fresh air. It’s a simple setup but it works for us.
