Otis Elevator Company (I) Ltd

We are situated at Flat No-122 in the New Ashiana Apartments, which is in Sector-6, Plot No-10 of Dwarka. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office, being in an apartment complex, but it works for Otis Elevator Company (I) Ltd. Dwarka is huge, with so many high-rise buildings, so we are kept very busy. Every block seems to have a lift that needs a regular check-up. We mostly handle the local service calls from this base. Our team spends more time out on site than actually sitting at the desks. We deal with a lot of residential committees and building managers. It’s all about keeping the machinery running so people can get to their homes without a hitch. The work can be quite dirty and physical, especially when we’re in the elevator shafts. We don't have any fancy showrooms here. It’s just a place to organize our tools and handle the paperwork. Sometimes we have to wait a while for specific parts to arrive, but we do what we can with what we have. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we find the problem, and we try to fix it as fast as we can. Dwarka is a growing area, and it feels like there’s always a new building going up that will eventually need someone to look after its elevators. We’re just here to do that job every day.
