Oswal Greentech Limited is based at 22 K G Marg in Connaught Place. It’s an old-school address in a very famous part of the city. The building has a lot of character, with the kind of architecture you only see in the older parts of New Delhi. We aren't really the type to have a super modern, minimalist office. Our space feels lived-in and busy. We work on various projects and investments, and it involves a lot of reading through thick files and sitting in meetings. Being on K G Marg means we are right near all the action, but once you come inside, it’s a bit more focused. We don’t use any of that standard corporate jargon. We just talk about the work as it is. We’ve been here at number 22 for a long time, and we like the history of the area. You can hear the sounds of the traffic and the sirens from the street, which reminds you that you’re in the heart of the city. We have a regular routine that keeps us going. Most of our staff have been with us for a while, so there’s a steady feel to the place. We don’t make big, flashy announcements. We just handle our day-to-day business and try to stay on top of our projects. It’s a professional place but we keep things grounded and practical for everyone involved.
