We have been operating out of our office at 570, Ghitorni for quite a long time now. It is situated right on M.G. Road in New Delhi, so there is always plenty of noise and activity outside our windows. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our space is where we handle the daily grind for Orior Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. It is not a very fancy place to look at, just a functional office where we keep our files and meet with people. We do a lot of the planning and management for different construction jobs from here. The desks are usually piled high with papers and various site plans. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly looking for a pen or a stapler that someone walked off with. We have a small crew here, and we all know each other well. It is a simple setup because we prefer to put our energy into the actual work rather than making the office look like a showroom. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on M.G. Road, but we are used to it by now. We focus on getting the infrastructure projects moving along and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It is just regular, honest work for us every day, and we like being part of the local business community here in the Delhi area.
