Orient Electric House

Our shop is located at 1881 Bhagirath Palace, right in the middle of Chandni Chowk. If you’ve ever been to Bhagirath Palace, you know it’s the biggest market for electrical things, and it is incredibly crowded. Our place is one of the many small shops tucked into those narrow lanes. It’s been here for years, and the walls are covered with different parts and wires. There’s hardly enough room for two people to stand comfortably sometimes, but that’s just how Chandni Chowk is. We spend our days talking to electricians, contractors, and people just looking for a specific bulb or switch. It’s noisy, it’s hot, and there is always someone shouting or pushing a cart past the door. We don't have a fancy website or a big team. It’s just us, the inventory, and the customers. We know our stock by heart because we’ve been looking at it for so long. We take a break when we can, usually grabbing a snack from one of the vendors on the street. Orient Electric House is a local name that people in the market recognize. We don't try to be corporate or formal. We just open the shop, deal with the crowd, and try to make sure everyone gets what they came for before we close up for the night. The energy of this place is exhausting but it keeps you going. There's always something new.
