Orchid Infrastructure Deve. Pvt. Ltd is based in Mahipalpur Extn. We are located in L Block. If you have been to this part of New Delhi, you know it is very close to the airport and the highway, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic around. It is a very active neighborhood. Our office is just a regular building in the extension. We don’t have any big flashy signs out front. Inside, it is just a workplace with desks, chairs, and a lot of papers stacked up. We do infrastructure development, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Being in Mahipalpur makes it easy to get to different places, even if the traffic is bad. We’ve been in L Block for a while now. It’s a mix of homes and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We are just a small team trying to get things built. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the stuff we have going on, but we manage to keep it all together. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just coming to the office. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy. There isn't anything more to it than that, just daily work in a busy city.
