Orchid Infrastructure & Developers Pvt Ltd is located at Plot No 156/1 in Neb Sarai. If you know the area, you know it can get a bit crowded with all the small lanes and people moving about. We are in the New Delhi-68 area. Our office is just a plain spot where we manage our building projects. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It is mostly just us dealing with the day-to-day grind. Some days we are out on sites and other days we are just here at the plot, checking over documents and making calls. Neb Sarai has its own feel, a bit different from the main city centers, and we like it that way. It’s more grounded. We have been working in infrastructure for a good bit now. The space we have is filled with blueprints and some old furniture that’s seen better days, but it works for us. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It's just a place where real work happens. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea runs out, but we just keep going. People who work with us usually just come by the plot when they need to talk. It's a very simple way of doing things, and we don't see any reason to change it. We just stick to what we know and get the jobs finished when they are supposed to be.
