We are known as One Of The Leading Const.&Developers. Our office is located at Shyla Nivas in Pookkottukavu Post, Kadambur. That is in the Palakkad district of Kerala, India. We have been based at Shyla Nivas for a good amount of time. It is a local building that serves as our main headquarters. Since we are in Kadambur, things are a bit more relaxed than they would be in a big city center. We like the slower pace here in Palakkad. Our name, One Of The Leading Const.&Developers, is a bit of a mouthful, but we use the whole thing on our sign. The office is where we keep all our project records and where the team meets to figure out the schedule. It isn't a fancy setup, just some sturdy desks, chairs, and lots of files everywhere. We see the same people from the village passing by every day. Pookkottukavu is a quiet spot, and Shyla Nivas is easy to find if you know the local roads. We don't do much in the way of advertising ourselves; we just stay busy with the work we already have. The weather in Kerala can get very hot, so we make sure the office stays as cool as possible. It is a decent place to spend the day. We’ve been part of the Palakkad district for years and we know the streets around Kadambur very well. We just do our jobs from this location.
