Omega Lift Elevators

You can find Omega Lift Elevators over in Old Seema Puri. We are right near the Ayyappa Mandir. It’s a nice landmark because everyone knows where the temple is. Our shop is at H 144. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze on the street sometimes, especially when we are loading heavy elevator parts onto the trucks. Inside, it’s mostly racks of cables, buttons, and control panels. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at building sites. It’s oily and metallic in here, which is fine by us. We’ve got a small bench where we do some of the repairs that don't need to happen on-site. The bells from the mandir are a constant sound in the background throughout the day. It’s actually quite nice. We aren't big on paperwork, so the desk is usually covered in drawings and spare nuts and bolts. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their own buildings. We’ve lived and worked in this area long enough to know most of the shortcuts. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the lifts to worry about that. It’s a practical space for a practical job. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is running the way it should be. The work is steady and it keeps us out of trouble while we serve the local neighborhood buildings.
