Down at H.No A-2 in Sector-34, Noida, you will find this Omaxe Ltd office. It is located in Uttar Pradesh, right in a spot that feels more like a residential neighborhood than a business park. The house number is A-2, and we have been using this space to run our operations for a while now. It is a bit different from a tall office building because it has that house-like feel to it. We have set up desks in the different rooms and use the main area for most of our meetings. It is a simple setup. We do not have a sign that glows at night or anything like that. People just know where we are. The street is usually lined with cars, and the trees provide some decent shade in the summer months. Inside, it is pretty quiet, which is how we like it. We just handle the business that needs handling. It is a straightforward environment, and the people who work here are just regular folks from around the area. We have grown accustomed to the rhythm of the sector and the way things work around here. The mail arrives around noon, and we usually take turns getting the tea ready for the afternoon slump. It works for us and we enjoy the pace.
