Omaxe Ltd. New Delhi

You can find Omaxe Ltd. New Delhi over in the Vikashpuri area, specifically at Npl Appartment in H-3 Block. It is a residential kind of spot, so it feels a bit different than a standard commercial building. We have been operating out of number 47 for a while now. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main city center, which is nice when we have a lot of work to get through. Usually, someone is at the desk to answer the phone or handle whatever comes up during the morning hours. We do a lot of coordination for building sites and managing the different projects we have going on across New Delhi. It is not always easy keeping everything organized, but we manage somehow. The office is pretty basic with just the essentials like computers and some chairs for visitors. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on schedules. If you are coming by, it’s best to call first because sometimes we are out at a site. We like being in Vikashpuri because it feels like a real community. People around here know us by name. It is just a straightforward place where work gets done without any extra fuss or bother. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed for a construction related office. It isn't perfect, but it is home for our business.
