Omaxe Construction Ltd.

You will find Omaxe Construction Ltd. over in Raj Nagar, Phase II. We are specifically at house number H/423 on Street Number 12 in the Palam Colony area of New Delhi. It is a very tight-knit neighborhood where the houses are built close together. Working in Delhi means there is always a lot of movement and noise around the office. We handle construction projects, which keeps us busy from early morning until late in the evening most days. Our office is basically a room converted for work, so it feels very personal and lived-in. There are maps of the city and various zones pinned to every available wall space. We don't have a uniform or a strict dress code here. We just wear what is practical for visiting building sites and dealing with workers. The neighbor’s kids sometimes play cricket in the street right outside our door, and we have to watch out for the ball. It can be hard to find parking on Street 12, so most of us just walk or take the rickshaw to save time. We aren't interested in being a polished corporate firm. We would rather spend our time making sure the bricks and mortar are right for the project. People come to us because they know we are locals who understand the ground reality of building in Palam. It is a messy, fast-paced job, but it is what we do.
