We are located at 5444 on the ground floor in Basti Harphool Singh. It’s right near the Sadar Bazar Police Station on Sadar Thana Road. If you know Sadar Bazar, you know how crowded and lively it is. It’s one of the busiest markets around, and we are right in the thick of it at Om Shiva Scientific & Chemicals. Being on the ground floor helps a lot when we have to move heavy crates or containers in and out. The noise from the street is constant—horns, people shouting, and carts moving—but we’ve grown to like it over time. It feels like the heart of the city. Our shop is filled with all sorts of equipment and glass bottles. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it’s functional and we have what we need. We spend a lot of time organizing stock and talking to customers who walk in from the market. We don't use a lot of fancy software to track things; a lot of it is still done the old-fashioned way with notebooks and pens. We know our regulars by name, and they know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier in the country, just the one that people in Sadar Bazar can count on. It’s a simple life, working in the shop, dealing with the heat, and keeping the business running year after year. We just take it one day at a time.
