Om Sai Impex

Our office is located at 294 Gugan Vihar. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice when you’re trying to get through a pile of import paperwork. We started Om Sai Impex because we saw a gap in how things were being handled locally. We don't have a giant staff or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just us in a standard building, working through the logistics of getting goods from one place to another. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to track where shipments are sitting. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes. We deal with various items depending on what people are asking for at the time. The space is filled with samples and old files, and it’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. But we know where everything is. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the job right and keep our regular clients happy. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We usually just have tea, talk about the day’s tasks, and get on with it. It’s a simple life running a trade business from Gugan Vihar. We like it that way and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon.
