Om Properties

We run Om Properties out of Flat No 185 in Sector 9, Dwarka. It is in Pocket No 1. It is not a shop on the main road, but a place inside the residential area. People usually call us before they come over to visit. We have lived and worked in Dwarka for a long time, so we know Sector 9 like the back of our hand. The flat is where we keep all the records and meet with people who are looking for a place to stay or buy. It is a bit different than having a storefront, but it makes things feel more personal. We sit around the table and go through the options together. It is mostly just us and maybe a helper. We do not have a big team of agents. We just know the local buildings and the people who live in them. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, and other times there is a lot of noise from the kids playing outside. We do not mind. It is a real place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around the different pockets to see what is available. It is a lot of legwork. We do not use any fancy software, just our notebooks and what we remember. People come to us because they know we are actually here in the sector. It is a simple way to do things and we like it that way. We just keep it honest and direct.
