We are located at 43-B in Phase III of the Okhla Industrial Estate. Being in New Delhi, the weather is either freezing or boiling, and this industrial area is always thick with the sound of work. Moser Baer India has a big presence here, and it's a huge facility where things have been made for years. You see a lot of people coming and going during shift changes, and the security gate is always a busy spot. Inside, it’s a lot of floors and corridors. We handle a lot of different things related to manufacturing and storage, but it’s all very structured. It doesn't have that cozy feel of a small business, but it has the steady hum of a place that’s been running for decades. There’s a lot of history in these walls, back from when everyone used discs for everything. Now, things have changed, but the address stays the same. The Okhla area itself is a bit of a maze, full of trucks and workers and tea stalls on every corner. We just go about our daily routines, checking the inventory and keeping the operations steady. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall behind. We don't really do much in the way of decoration; it’s a functional space meant for getting large-scale work done without any fuss.
