Advance Polymers

Advance Polymers is located at D-5/1 in Phase-II of the Okhla Industrial Area. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. In an industrial zone like Okhla, things are always moving fast. We work with polymers, which means we spend a lot of time around heat and raw materials. The workshop can get a bit messy, but that’s just the nature of the job. We have our machines lined up and we try to keep a schedule, though things often change at the last minute. Our space isn't meant for showing off; it’s meant for producing things. There is a lot of dust and the smell of processing in the air most days. We are a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't have big meetings or fancy presentations. We just talk over the noise of the machinery to get things sorted. The neighbors are other factories and warehouses, so it’s a very working-class atmosphere. Sometimes the electricity acts up or a delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lanes, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a tough environment but we like it here. We focus on getting the polymer batches right and making sure they are ready when we said they would be. It’s just honest, hard work every single day.
