Diva International

Our work at Diva International happens at Shed-6 in DSIDC Phase-II. It is basically a big warehouse space where we get everything done. It is not the most glamorous location, but it suits us and what we do. The roof is high and it can get pretty hot in the summer months. We have a few big fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. I spend my time checking the quality of the items before they get packed into crates. There is a lot of lifting and moving boxes onto pallets. The floor is concrete and has some cracks from years of heavy use. We share the lane with several other sheds, so there is always someone loading or unloading something nearby. It can get a bit loud with all the activity. I usually bring my own lunch and eat at my desk because there are not many places to go nearby. We have been operating out of this shed for quite some time now. It is a straightforward setup. We receive raw materials, do the work, and then ship out the finished goods. There is no fancy office or reception area to speak of. If someone comes by, they usually just find us by the open shutter. It is a hard-working environment, and everyone knows what their job is. We just focus on keeping the workflow steady and getting the orders out the door.
