We set up our office here in Ashok Vihar, specifically over in Phase-2 at A-138. It’s a busy part of Delhi-52 and we’ve been dealing with infrastructure projects from this spot for a while now. Some days it gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we just keep at it. Usually, the morning starts with everyone grabbing tea before settling into the day's plans. We handle a lot of technical drawings and project coordination right from these desks. It's not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can focus. Delhi heat can be tough in the summer months, so the fans are always going. Offshore Infrastructure Ltd isn't some massive glass tower; we are just here in the neighborhood doing the work that needs doing. People sometimes drop by looking for directions, and we try to help out when we aren't buried in files. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. Most of our time goes into managing the logistics and making sure the supplies get where they need to go for the different sites. It's a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this street over the years. There's a tea stall just down the road that we visit almost every afternoon. The traffic noise can be a bit much, but inside, it stays manageable. We've been in this Ashok Vihar spot for years.
