At Oerlikon Balzers Coating India Ltd, we have our office in New Delhi. Specifically, we are at 44-D Mig Flats in Shiekh Sarai Ase-1. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our workspace set up here. It isn't a massive glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical spot where we can manage our operations. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails from all over the country. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. New Delhi is always fast and loud, and Shiekh Sarai is no different. We have a few people working here and we’ve all been together for a while. We don't use any fancy management talk. We just figure out what needs to be done each morning and we do it. Sometimes the heat in the summer is a lot to handle, but the coolers keep us going. We’ve got a routine that involves a lot of technical coordination and keeping track of orders. It’s not the most exciting environment to look at, but it’s where we get the real work done. We are just a group of people trying to keep the business running smoothly from this little corner of the city. We don't put on a show for anyone. This is just where we are and what we do.
