Octagon Builders&Promoters Pvt. Ltd,Noida

We’ve been working out of Pandav Nagar for a while now, specifically at C-8B. It’s a pretty typical spot in New Delhi-92. Our name is Octagon Builders & Promoters Pvt. Ltd, and even though Noida is in the name, we spend plenty of time right here in the Delhi office. The street can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much. Most days involve sitting around the table looking at blueprints or talking on the phone with people about construction projects. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of tea being made throughout the day. People come by to talk about building stuff, and we try to give them a straight answer about what can be done. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the work that comes our way. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and things look a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We know the neighborhood well and have been around these parts long enough to see the city change. If you're looking for us, we're usually around during the day, just doing the usual office things and making sure the building projects are moving along like they should.
