Ocean Seven Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.

We are based at T-4/6 in Vayusenabad, right near the Air Force Station. The post office is Pushpa Bhawan, New Delhi-62. Ocean Seven Buildtech is the name on the door. It’s a secure area, so it’s not exactly a place where people just wander in off the street. We spend most of our time looking over site plans and talking to different contractors on the phone. The office is pretty basic with some computers and a large table for drawings. There’s always a bit of dust around because of all the talk about construction. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go for our breaks during the day. It’s a busy part of Delhi, so there is always noise from the street and the station. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Our team is small but they know their jobs well. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door answers it if someone knocks. We keep our files stacked on shelves against the back wall. Sometimes it takes a minute or two to find exactly what we need. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the buildings finished correctly. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Every day brings a different problem to solve. We just take it as it comes. We stay busy here.
