Nup is based in the Okhla Industrial Area in Delhi. If you’re trying to find us, look for Ritendra Poddar or Mr. Subir Kumar at J-3/233 in the DDA Flats. Okhla is a busy, crowded part of the city, and it can be quite a maze if you aren't used to the DDA flat layouts. There’s always noise from the nearby shops and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our space is functional. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more of a place where you’ll find papers piled up and people busy on their phones. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. Delhi is a tough city to work in sometimes, with the heat and the crowds, but being in Kalkaji gives us a good base. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and keep our customers satisfied without any unnecessary drama. Our office is a bit cramped, but we make it work. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we feel like a part of the local community. It’s a very grounded environment. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big titles or corporate talk. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple life.
