You can find us at No. 52 on North Road in West Punjabi Bagh. It’s a nice part of Delhi, and we’ve been here for a while. Our work involves medical equipment, mostly things that help people feel a bit better. The office is in a residential area, so it feels quite calm compared to the main roads. We have a showroom area where people can come and see what we have. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for us to operate. We spend our days explaining how the equipment works and helping customers. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, so we just sit and have some tea. Other times, it's a bit of a rush with several people coming in at once. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a few of us who have learned everything about these products over the years. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If something doesn't work right, we try to fix it or figure out why. We’ve seen a lot of different people walk through our doors. Some are looking for help with back pain, others just want to see what the fuss is about. We like being in West Punjabi Bagh. It’s a good community. We don't do big advertisements or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past on North Road. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us.
