We’ve been over here at D-3 Udyog Nagar for a while now. The area gets pretty busy during the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their shifts. Most of us just grab a quick tea from the stall around the corner before starting the day. Working with footwear means there is always stacks of boxes and the smell of leather or rubber around the place. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit around for a bit until it comes back on. That’s just how it goes here. The neighbors are mostly other small factories, so there is always noise from machines or trucks unloading stuff in the lane. We don't really have a big sign or anything, just the address. Most people who come by are delivery drivers or people we’ve known for years. It’s a lot of manual work, checking sizes and making sure the stitching looks okay on the shoes. Lunch is usually a shared thing in the small break area. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to track an order. It’s just us doing the daily grind and making sure the shoes get out of the door on time. Nothing too complicated, just a normal day at the workshop. We like the routine and the people we work with every single day.
