Our company is N.R.Nuildcon P.Ltd and we are tucked away in Okhla Jamia Nagar, which is a very lively and crowded part of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how packed the streets can get with people and traffic. We’ve been working out of this space at 66/18 for quite some time now. Javed is the one who keeps things running, and you can usually find him buried under a mountain of papers or on his mobile phone talking to suppliers. The office itself is a bit small, and we have folders stacked up in every available corner, but we have our own system of organization that works for us. We deal with building and construction projects, which in a city like Delhi, is always a bit of a challenge. There are always permits to chase or materials that are running late because of a traffic jam on the Ring Road. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people trying to get buildings up and running. Sometimes the noise from the street downstairs gets a bit much, but it’s just part of the atmosphere of working in Jamia Nagar. We like being in the middle of everything. It’s a tough, fast-paced environment, but we’ve managed to carve out our own little niche here over the years.
