Nov Sara India (P) Ltd. Dehradun Uttrakhand

Even though the name says Dehradun, our office for Nov Sara India (P) Ltd. is actually located in Pitampura, New Delhi. We are in the Sfs Flats of the Income Tax Colony, specifically at Bu 58. It’s a residential area, so the office feels more like a home than a corporate building. We’ve got desks set up in what used to be living rooms and bedrooms. It makes for a bit of a strange layout, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. There are plenty of trees outside, which is nice compared to the more industrial parts of Delhi. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with binders and a few workstations where we handle the daily admin stuff. We often have to move boxes of documents around to make space for meetings. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except for the occasional delivery scooter or kids playing nearby. We don’t have a big sign out front, so people usually have to call us when they’re standing at the gate to find the right flat. Our team is used to the cozy environment, and we usually share snacks during the afternoon slump. It’s a very low-key way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just need a place to keep the records straight and manage the operations for the region.
