Our setup is pretty basic because we don’t need much more than good phone lines and reliable computers to do our jobs. We don’t have fancy executive suites or anything like that; it’s just one main area where everyone sits together. The office gets a lot of natural light, which helps when you’re staring at a screen for eight hours a day. New Delhi is a big place, and our team comes from all over the city, so there’s always a conversation going on about the best way to avoid the Metro crowds or where the best street food is hiding. We don't put on a show for anyone. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we’re keeping track of all the numbers correctly. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, and we take it one day at a time. The files are stacked high, the coffee is usually hot, and we just keep pushing through the workload.
