Nordmilcheg

Working at Nordmilcheg means spending a lot of time at F4 in East Of Kailash. We are right on Lala Lajpat Rai Road, so the traffic is something we deal with every single morning and evening. It’s Delhi, so you can imagine the noise and the heat during the summer months. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of folders and a few old computers that have seen better days. We call this place Garhicity sometimes, and the zip code is something we have to write on envelopes dozens of times a week. The team is small, just a few of us who know the ropes. We don't have fancy meetings or big presentations. Most of the talking happens while we’re standing around the water cooler or waiting for the kettle to boil. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork for the business. It’s the kind of work that requires patience and a bit of a thick skin when things get busy. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a backlog to clear out. We don’t have a big sign out front, so people sometimes walk past us without realizing we’re here. But we like the quiet of our little corner in East Of Kailash. It feels like our own small world away from the chaos of the main road. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks.
