Nitco Air Express is located at 1400/5 in Patel Nagar, Gurgaon. It’s right here in Haryana. We’ve been working out of this office for quite a while. Gurgaon has changed a lot around us with all the big buildings going up, but our spot in Patel Nagar stays pretty much the same. It’s a busy area and we are usually right in the middle of it. Our day starts early because there is always a lot to coordinate. We deal with a lot of movement and logistics, which means a lot of checking and re-checking things. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of paperwork and phone calls involved. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, like a delay or a typo in a form, and we have to scramble to fix it. We don't have a big PR team to make us look perfect. We’re just regular people working in a regular office. The space is filled with the sound of keyboards and people talking. We take our breaks when we can, usually just grabbing a quick bite nearby. It’s a practical environment. We don't use big words or have long meetings about "strategy." We just see what needs to be moved or filed and we get on with it. It’s been our home for years, and we know the area like the back of our hand.
