Nisco (India) Ltd is based at A-81 in the DSIDC Industrial Area of Narela. Being in Narela means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses in a very busy industrial zone. Our building is a simple, functional structure that was built for manufacturing. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by machinery and stacks of raw materials. It is a loud place once work gets started in the morning. We don't have a polished front office or a fancy waiting area for guests. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, probably busy with a machine or checking a shipment. The office is just a small room near the front gate where we keep all the ledgers and delivery receipts. It’s often a bit messy with papers everywhere. Narela can be a bit of a trek to get to, but it’s the best place for a business like ours. We have a crew of workers who have been with us for years, and we all just get on with the job. Sometimes the power supply in the industrial area is a bit unreliable, so we have to adjust our schedule around that. We don't do any big promotions or advertising. We just focus on our daily production and making sure the items are ready for the trucks when they arrive. It’s just how we do things every day.
