You can find us on the third floor of J-58 in Sriniwaspuri. It is a typical New Delhi spot, a bit crowded and always busy. We have been running Nirman India Cons Pvt. Ltd from this floor for a while now. Climbing those stairs every morning definitely keeps us awake. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and plans. It is not a place for showing off. We just come in, sit down, and start working on whatever is on the list for that day. Sriniwaspuri is a lively area, so there is always something happening outside the window. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually the center of our morning meetings. We are not into big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just try to finish our work on time and keep things moving. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of living and working in Delhi. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We handle our own calls and do our own filing. It is a very hands-on kind of place. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view, though it is mostly just other rooftops. We like it here because it feels real. No fluff, just hard work. If you come by, just head up to the third floor at J-58. We will likely be there, probably arguing about where to order lunch from or looking for a lost pen.
