We are Nilkanth Properties and our little shop is in Naraina. Specifically, we are at Shop No 37 in the Central Market area of Phase No 1. It is a good location because people are always walking by while they do their shopping. We deal with properties around here and help people find what they need. Phase No 1 is a busy part of Naraina and Central Market is the heart of it. Our shop, number 37, has been our home for some time now. We aren't a big corporation, just a local property office where we sit and talk to folks about land or apartments. It can get pretty packed in the market on the weekends but we are usually here. We know the local area quite well since we spend all our time at Shop No 37. If you are looking for Nilkanth Properties, you just have to find the Central Market and then look for our number. We try to keep things simple. There are no fancy decorations or anything, just a desk and chairs for whoever stops in. It’s a straightforward business. We like Naraina because it’s got a lot of energy. Most of the people who come to see us are just neighbors or people looking to move into Phase No 1. We are just regular people working in the property market here at Shop No 37.
