If you drive down G.T Karnal Road, you'll find Nichiplast India Pvt. Ltd. in the Industrial Area at A-68/3. This part of Delhi is always humming with noise and trucks moving in and out. We’ve been operating out of this facility for a good while now, focusing on plastic components. It’s a dusty, loud environment sometimes because the machines are constantly running, but that is just how an industrial unit feels. We have a crew that knows the injection molding process inside out. Most of the guys have been here since they were young. We don't have a corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and find someone covered in a bit of shop floor grime. We handle a lot of different molds and the floor is always covered in bags of raw material. The summer months are pretty tough with the Delhi heat, but the work doesn't stop. We spend a lot of time checking the finish on the parts because nobody wants a batch of plastic with rough edges. It’s a straightforward business. We take the orders, run the machines, and load the trucks. There isn't much more to it than that. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due, and we usually just order some food from the local stalls nearby.
