You can find us over in Vasundhara, specifically in Sector-16 at the MIG flats. Our office is set up in a space care of Sh. Rajesh Sharma at 165-Mig. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the industrial zones. Awas Vikas is a well-known part of Ghaziabad, and it makes for a decent place to run a business. We have a few rooms dedicated to our project files and some computers for the day-to-day coordination. The stairs up to the flat are a bit narrow, and there is always the sound of kids playing or people talking in the corridors. It feels very lived-in and natural. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the project requirements. The balcony looks out over the street, so we can see the vegetable sellers and the local traffic passing by. It’s a very typical Ghaziabad neighborhood feel. We keep our operations simple and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, but that’s just life in a Sector-16 apartment complex. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup for our team. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork as it comes in from the different sites. That’s enough for us.
