If you’re looking for us, we are located at Fablas House, No. 2151/3-D in New Patel Nagar. It’s right across from the Shadipur Depot, so you can imagine how busy it gets around here with all the buses coming and going. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we do. We handle imports and exports, so there is always a lot of chatter on the phones and boxes sitting in the hallway waiting to be moved. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We have a small group of people working here, mostly just focused on making sure the shipments get to where they’re supposed to go. New Patel Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. Some days are completely hectic with stuff arriving late or paperwork getting stuck somewhere, but we just deal with it as it comes. It isn't a shiny glass office like you see in the movies. It’s a practical space. We’ve got desks squeezed into corners and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. But it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the impex side of things. It’s a lot of coordination and talking to people in different time zones. Anyway, that’s the reality of life here at Fablas House. It’s just regular people doing a regular job in a busy part of town.
