Our shop is located at A-85 in Gali Number 5, over in New Modern Shahdara. If you have ever walked down these narrow lanes, you know it can get a bit crowded. We have been in this neighborhood for quite a while. It is a small space, but we make it work for everything we need to do. We mostly handle small-scale manufacturing and parts. There is usually a bit of noise from the tools, and the front door stays open so we get some air. We do not have a fancy showroom. What you see is basically what you get—shelves full of components and a workbench that has seen better days. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other. Sometimes we are so busy that the floor gets cluttered with boxes, but we try to clear it out by the end of the week. We do not do much on the internet. Most people just walk in or give us a call on the landline. It is a simple way to run a business. We focus on getting the orders finished and making sure the counts are right. It is not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and drink tea while we work. The electricity cuts out sometimes in the summer, which slows us down, but we just pick back up when it comes back on. It is just life in Shahdara for a small outfit like ours.
