Our office is on the third floor of A159 on Vikas Marg. If you spend any time in New Delhi, you know that Vikas Marg is one of those roads that is always packed with cars and people. There is a lot of noise from the traffic that comes up to our windows all day long. New Delhi Print Media Pvt.Ltd. is where we do all our layout work and manage our printing jobs. The air in here often smells like fresh ink and paper, which we’ve all gotten used to by now. We usually have stacks of magazines or posters piled up in the corners waiting for someone to come and pick them up. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze because we have several printers and computer stations squeezed into the room. Climbing the stairs to the third floor every day keeps us moving, as the building doesn't have a lift. We have a small balcony where we store some of our extra boxes and packing materials. It’s not a fancy or polished office. We have desks that have been around for years and chairs that aren't the most comfortable. Most of our time is spent trying to hit deadlines for the next print run. When the machines are really going, it gets quite loud and we have to speak up to hear each other. We just keep our heads down and work on the projects we have in front of us.
