We are situated in Anup Nagar, right near the post office in Uttam Nagar. It is a very busy area in New Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our windows. The lab is at Rz-B 41/1. It is not a massive facility, but we have managed to fit all the equipment we need to get the work done properly. We deal with a lot of samples and a ton of paperwork every single day. It can get a little bit cramped when we have several people working at the same time, but we have all gotten used to each other’s space. The neighborhood is full of life and you can hear the street noise all day long. We do not have a big reception area with fancy lights or expensive rugs. It is more of a functional space for people who are actually working. We spend most of our time looking at things very closely and writing down the results in our logs. Accuracy is what matters most to us because we know people are depending on what we find. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just try to be as careful as possible with everything that comes across our desks. Some days are much longer than others, especially when a lot of work arrives all at once. We usually have our lunch together in a small corner of the lab. It is a very simple setup. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local area very well and usually walk to work.
