We have been based at Vimal Sadan on Chow Mandi for quite a long time now. Most people around this part of Roorkee know the building even if they haven't been inside. It’s a busy spot in Haridwar, especially during the day when the market is in full swing. We handle construction work. It’s mostly just about getting the jobs done as they come in. Construction can be messy and loud, but that’s just how it goes when you’re building things. People often drop by to ask about their projects or just to see how things are moving along. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We’ve got some old wooden desks, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and stacks of blueprints everywhere. We spend most of our time out on the sites anyway, so the office is just where we do the paperwork. Dealing with the weather in Uttarakhand can be a real headache sometimes, particularly when the monsoon hits and everything turns into mud. But we keep things moving as best as we can. We have a small crew and most of them have been with us for years. We don't bother with big ads or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. If you walk down the street near the mandi, you'll find us easily. It’s a practical place for practical work. We focus on the bricks, the cement, and the labor. Some days are slower than others, but we just take it as it comes.
