Usher Agro Ltd.

Our office is located at No. 405 in Pearl Best Height, right in the middle of Neta Ji Subhash Palace. It’s a busy building with lots of different businesses, but we focus strictly on the agro side of things. We deal with various agricultural products and supplies. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on market prices. It’s not really a farm setting here, since we are in a commercial tower, but our minds are always on the crops and the harvest. We deal with a lot of data and logistics to move stuff from one place to another. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which is a bit of a pain when we are in a hurry to get things done. We have a small team sitting at their desks, making sure the orders are moving along correctly. It’s a lot of coordination between the growers and the buyers. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and files. We’ve been in this industry for a while and understand how the seasons affect the business. It’s a lot of hard work behind the scenes. People think agro is just about fields, but there is so much paperwork involved in getting everything to market. We just keep our heads down and get the work done every day from our spot in the tower.
