Neo-Neon Electrical Pvt Ltd is situated on the 2nd Floor of W-37 in Okhla Phase-2. Like many businesses in this part of Delhi, we share the building with a few other companies. Taking the stairs or the lift up to the second floor brings you to our space. It’s filled with electrical components, testing equipment, and plenty of paperwork. We’ve been at this Okhla address for a good number of years. The office is functional rather than pretty. We have desks pushed together and shelves full of catalogs and parts. During the day, it can get quite loud with the sounds of the industrial area coming through the windows. We don't have a fancy board room, so we usually just talk around someone’s desk or over a cup of chai. Our team is small and everyone wears many hats. One minute you might be checking an invoice and the next you’re helping move a pallet of lights. It’s the kind of place where things are always happening. We don't spend money on expensive carpets or art for the walls. We prefer to keep our focus on the daily tasks. Okhla Phase-2 can be a bit overwhelming with all the trucks and people, but once you’re inside W-37, it’s just our regular work environment. We stay busy and keep things moving. We just take it one day at a time.
