Neo Lloyd Construction is based right in the Batla House area of Okhla. You can find us at I Block 34/4. If you know New Delhi at all, you know that Okhla is always buzzing with tons of people and heavy machines. It is a very industrial and busy part of the town to be in. Our office is situated right in the middle of all that noise. We do construction work, so there is always a lot of talk about cement, steel, and finding good labor. It can get pretty loud around here with all the activity on the street. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, there are just dusty work boots near the door and big maps spread out on the tables. We have been working from this Okhla address for many years now. The staff we have is more like a family than a group of coworkers. We eat our lunch together and spend time complaining about the terrible Delhi traffic. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts that you have to watch closely. Sometimes things go wrong on a site, and we have to figure out how to fix them on the fly. We don’t have a big corporate handbook to tell us what to do. We just rely on the experience we have picked up over the years of building.
