Nbr Developers

Our office is on the 3rd floor at B-133 in Dayanand Colony. That is over in Lajpat Nagar-4. It is a busy part of Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise coming up from the street. Nbr Developers has been in this building for a while now. We don't have an elevator, so walking up to the third floor keeps us moving. The office itself is just a few rooms where we keep all our maps and project papers. Dealing with property and development in a city like this means we are always on the phone or out visiting sites. Lajpat Nagar is a great area because everything is close by, from tea stalls to the market. We usually have people coming in and out all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit disorganized when we have several projects going at once, but we usually find what we need eventually. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. But it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we look over floor plans. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses like ours. We know the guys at the local shops. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine here. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the complicated corporate talk that some other places use. We have some old maps on the walls that help us stay on track.
